RapidRescue's scenario is about experiments gone wrong in a building, causing experiment subjects to be mutated into hostile monsters. The soldiers (you) are called in to rescue the scientists and collect the serums before the monsters kill all the scientists. This is a LAN game written to show how fun it is to program in Java and how easy it can be. Since it is released under GPL, the source code and binaries are widely available for any Java programmer interested to develop a simple game.
